Position Summary...

This role drives business development and account management activities, playing a key part in the growth of the ecosystem. It involves working closely with seller partners, supporting their onboarding, transaction experience, and business growth.

What you'll do...

This role manages accounts and drives business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Regular business reviews with top sellers may be conducted to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Identifying and targeting sellers who align with the strategy is essential, along with facilitating their smooth onboarding onto the platform. This includes assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation, and coordination for inbounding processes.

Monitoring and reporting on business KPIs, including GMV and other performance metrics, are critical responsibilities. This role may continuously check for inbounded items being live on site and regularly coordinate with relevant teams for inbounding issues. Collaborating with multiple teams to find solutions to seller problems is also a key aspect of this role.

Being adaptable and versatile, this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration. The role may involve working on various tasks that support the overall business objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications

minimum level of education required for this role:  University degree is required

minimum level of work experience required for this role:  1-3 years

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint will be very useful in improving productivity. Experience with

Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Hubspot would be good to have.

· Experience in scaling operations for a digital product /service

· Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

· Experience in a start-up or consulting firm is preferred but not a mandate
