The Designer Creative role involves creating and producing graphic design solutions from ideation through to final production. This position may work on print signage, digital assets, and packaging, ensuring all designs inspire and drive customer action while adhering to brand guidelines. The role requires strong design acumen, extensive knowledge of design software, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders. The Designer Creative may collaborate with external agencies and suppliers, overseeing project progress and providing art direction to achieve the best creative results. This role also involves writing clear and inspiring briefs, managing the creative process, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. Maintaining and updating brand guides, visual identities, and reference manuals is essential. Additionally, the Designer Creative leads the creation and management of digital asset management tools and systems to catalogue and archive digital files. Developing effective in-store signage and digital assets that elevate brand equity is crucial, requiring a strong understanding of consumer experiences in-store and online. The role supports continuous improvement by bringing innovation and passion to the design process, ensuring quality at every stage of production.
