Position Summary...

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, managing business operations, and fostering relationships to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

What you'll do...

This position leads the design and execution of strategic growth plans, including profit targets and optimization of revenue streams. The role may provide leadership, direction, and expertise to grow the business, leveraging industry knowledge and market analysis. It also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating and managing relationships with key clients, and negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms.

The role partners and collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services. It also includes supervising and mentoring teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance. The role may also involve analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Regular management of sales reports and performance metrics is required, as well as addressing operational questions and managing resistance. The role ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and promoting continuous learning and adaptability.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree – MBA considered an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar private brands role
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Advanced excel skills considered an asset
  • Strong ability to influence
