Position Summary...

Leading a centralized group of investigators on these teams. Leads will be Subject Matter Experts in their field. Focused on specific investigation types and leading groups of Investigators on these teams. Reviewing and approving investigations for members of their team.

What you'll do...

Lead and coach specialized teams of Loss Prevention Investigators – authorization of interviews, post interview validation, quality control of reports prior to submission.

Training and onboarding support for Loss Prevention Investigators on their team to ensure consistency with investigations, training Loss Prevention Investigators on tasks specific to investigation support.

Completing complex investigations or Investigations involving salaried managers.

Facilitate the engagement of key stakeholders that will be required to address any gaps or deficiencies identified through the investigative process.

Ensure appropriate license requirements are maintained as per provincial requirement.

Monitoring of police requests email outbox, review and approve requests and follow up to TLM, managing and executing production orders, act as a liaison and support to Law Enforcement.

Maintain and publish reporting and dashboards to monitor their investigative specialty.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.00.
