Position Summary...

Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated.

What you'll do...

1. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en allant à la rencontre des clients et en les informant des changements en cours dans la succursale.

2. Soutenir les travaux de rénovation en cours en guidant les clients afin qu’ils puissent retrouver les articles qui ont été déplacés ailleurs dans la succursale.

3. Soutenir les activités de rénovation en cours en demeurant au fait des secteurs en construction et en expliquant clairement aux clients les changements en cours.

4. Maintenir à jour ses connaissances sur les directives, les lignes directrices et les processus de l’entreprise concernant le traitement des marchandises endommagées et rappelées, et veiller à la mise en œuvre et au suivi continu des nouveaux programmes et systèmes des succursales.

5. Aider à renvoyer les articles non achetés du comptoir du service à la clientèle vers les rayons auxquels ils sont attribués.
