(CAN) Analyst, Walmart Services ( WFS Account Management)

Position Summary...
The Analyst, Walmart Services (WFS) supports the growth and operational excellence of Walmart Fulfillment Services by driving business development and account management activities, playing a key part in the growth of the Walmart Marketplace seller ecosystem.The role involves working closely with seller partners, predominantly with sellers from China, supporting their onboarding, transaction experience, and business growth on WFS while also supporting GMV growth by partnering with internal teams and external sellers.
What you'll do...
Seller Account Management & Growth
- Analyze seller performance (GMV, conversion, inventory health etc.) and identify growth opportunities
- Support WFS Account Managers in building seller-level growth plans
- Monitor onboarding and ramp-up of new WFS sellers to ensure early success
Monitor & Reporting
- Monitor dashboards for key WFS KPIs (GMV, inbound units, sell-through, OOS rates etc.)
- Conduct deep dives on category, seller, and SKU-level performance on WFS
- Generate weekly/monthly business reports and insights for team
Inventory & Fulfillment Optimization
- Track inbound shipments, inventory levels, and sell-through efficiency
- Identify risks related to overstock, stockouts, or slow-moving inventory
- Partner with sellers and internal teams to improve inventory planning and flow
Seller Operations & Issue Resolution
- Support day-to-day seller operations including Ticket resolution, answering seller queries, collaborating with internal teams for seller related issue resolution
- Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend scalable solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Account Managers
- Supply Chain & FC teams
- Category, Pricing, and Campaign teams
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reporting efficiency
- Leverage tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, internal AI tools) to automate recurring tasks
- Support scalable processes for seller communication and onboarding
Qualifications:
- Minimum level of education required for this role: University degree is required
- Minimum level of work experience required for this role: 1-3 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint will be very useful in improving productivity. Experience with
- Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Hubspot would be good to have.
- Ability to use AI Tools to enhance productivity would be an asset
