Position Summary...

The Manager, Ad Partnership Management, is responsible for overseeing the vendor-funded signage program across all Walmart stores in Canada. This role ensures the successful execution of in-store advertising initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and maximize revenue opportunities.

What you'll do...

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the vendor-funded signage program for all Walmart Canada stores, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of assets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards to provide actionable insights and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating regular reports for internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve overall revenue performance.

• Oversee processes to ensure efficient workflow, compliance with guidelines, and continuous improvement of the signage program.
• Manage and update the rate card and media playbook, ensuring relevant and competitive offerings. Support sales enablement initiatives to optimize the sales process and drive incremental revenue.

• Work closely with product management, development, and other cross-functional teams to deploy innovative advertising solutions and ensure effective campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, partnership management, or retail marketing (preferably in a large, multi-store environment).
• Proven ability to manage programs and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing multiple concurrent projects, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
