Position Summary...

This role supports the development, delivery, and execution of our security awareness and training program and will be responsible for supporting and maturing the Canada market. The role will help influence the way people operate using data and creative content to positively change human behavior, reduce the risk landscape, and instill a cybersecurity mindset.

What you'll do...

Job Description:

This role will be the focal point and representative for our security awareness and training program to drive the program vision, mission and maturity. The role will develop market-specific creative and compelling content to drive action and promotes the team’s vision and mission – including announcements, infographics, articles, blogs, or other content to be used across multiple channels to drive desired action.

The role may include crafting announcements, infographics, articles, and blogs for multiple channels. The role also proofreads and edits internal messages, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms. Additionally, the role may manage the publication calendar and coordinate content for newsletters and intranet sites.

The role also involves developing storyboards for training and awareness content and delivering training courses and learning programs. The position may require the development and maintenance of annual communication plans, integrating inputs from various teams. The role is expected to model compliance with company policies, supporting the company’s mission, values, and ethical standards.

This role supports the management and distribution of communications across various channels, including digital platforms like LinkedIn and internal digital screens. The role may also involve creating high-level video content for internal and external use and utilizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty. Additionally, the role supports special projects and events, offering project management and content creation expertise.

The role evaluates the effectiveness of communication programs by conducting regular reviews, tracking metrics, and developing reports. It strives to identify improvement opportunities by staying updated on the latest trends and best practices. The role guides and supports peers and leaders in solving communication challenges and ensures strategic consistency in messaging. The position also involves building and maintaining relationships with media to generate positive coverage for the business.
