Position Summary...

The Manager, Supply Chain Intelligent Automation drives adoption and value realization of GenAI enabled products, intelligent agents, and automation solutions that improve omnichannel supply chain performance. Operating within a centralized corporate team, this role partners with supply chain, technology, and data teams to contribute to agent capabilities, influence solution design, and embed AI driven decision support into operational workflows. Success is measured by solution adoption and measurable improvements in in stock performance, fill rate, inventory health, and working capital efficiency. The role emphasizes rapid iteration, simplification of complex decisions, and delivery of tangible business outcomes over experimentation or tool delivery.

What you'll do...

GenAI Use Case & Value Leadership
Identify, prioritize, and shape GenAI agent use cases that support improvements in in‑stock performance, fill rate, inventory positioning, and fulfillment outcomes.

Agent Enablement & Adoption
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and influence the design and configuration of intelligent agents; drive adoption by embedding GenAI solutions into day‑to‑day supply chain workflows.

Product Ownership & Execution
Act as product owner for assigned GenAI‑enabled solutions or functional domains, managing backlogs, acceptance criteria, timelines, and value realization in partnership with engineering and data teams.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with omnichannel supply chain teams (stores, e‑commerce, distribution centers, last mile) and technology teams to ensure solutions are usable, trusted, and aligned with operational decision‑making.

Performance Measurement & Insights
Track, analyze, and communicate KPI impact—including in‑stock %, fill rate, inventory health, and working capital—attributable to GenAI‑enabled solutions.

Rapid Iteration & Continuous Improvement
Drive rapid test‑and‑learn cycles for GenAI‑enabled solutions, simplifying workflows, refining agent behavior, and improving performance based on real‑world usage and KPI outcomes.

KPIs & Value Measures

  • Improvement in in‑stock % and omnichannel availability
  • Fill rate improvement across DC‑to‑store and e‑commerce fulfillment
  • Inventory health metrics (inventory turns, aged inventory reduction)
  • Working capital impact driven by improved inventory decisions
  • Adoption, utilization, and business trust in GenAI‑enabled tools

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, analytics, automation, or digital product roles within an omnichannel retail environment.
  • Experience influencing technology and data teams without direct ownership of development resources.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, intelligent agents, decision support) and their application to supply chain workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate business KPIs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, with the ability to simplify complex problems, operate in ambiguity, and drive measurable outcomes in fast‑moving environments.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
